A new residential and office building was built in conjunction with an industrial hall. This hall meets the latest standards and is equipped with a fully automatic Kardex system.
In order to provide the offices and apartments with enough parking spaces, a new parking garage was planned and built under an existing neighbouring building. Thanks to the good cooperation and coordination of all those involved, the project was successfully completed at the end of 2023.
